Town & Country Resources Limited acts as planning advisor to the client and project architect. This entails :

• providing strategic planning guidance on how best to achieve the clients’ and project architect’s vision for the site which presents issues of re-use of a vacant dwelling; the insertion of new build elements. The planning approach sought to emphasise the sustainability and environmental credentials of the project, which include the use of pre-fabricated timber frame construction made in Ireland from locally sourced wood.
• Dianne McDonogh manages the planning aspects of the proposal, including management of consultations with key stakeholders and statutory consultees; co-ordination and preparation of the planning application documents and lodgement of same with Clare County Council.
