Role
Town & Country Resources Limited has been appointed as planning advisor to the client. This entails:
- providing strategic planning guidance to a new Masterplanning process for the lands.
- from this, TCR will manage consultations with the Planning Authority on masterplan options;
- co-ordinate and prepare planning applications, and provide ongoing strategic advices to the client on project amendments, and co-ordination of consultations with the Planning Authority.
